Officer records of the Armia Koronna 1788-1794

Hello,
I am searching the officer records of Fedor / Teodor Twardowski ze Skrzypna h. Ogonczyk, who was a Royal Polish Officer in the Armia Koronna at the time of the Great Sejm. There were very important army reforms during the Great Sejm. His son Ludwik Jan/Stanisław was born in 1790. His son lived in Riga in the Russian Empire.
Because the Twardowsk family originally lived in Wielkopolska, it is most likely that Teodor is stationed in a regiment from Wielkopolska. Therefore the Jazda Brygada Wielkopolska, the 1st Pieszy Koronny Regiment and the 7th Pieszy Potockiego Regiment would be considered. However, due to his russian first name, he could have moved from Greater Poland to Russian Poland and served in other regiments. Because his son also lived in the Russian Empire.
This is the only document, which I have found from the father of Ludwik: https://forum.ahnenforschung.net/attach ... 1618425417
Does someone know, in which archive the officer records are?
