Birth Record Translation - Antoni Tondys, Kroczewo, 1875
48 Kroczewo
This happened in the village Kroczewo on 7th November 1875 at 2 p.m.
Appeared here in person Grzegorz Tondys, age 38, a laborer from Kroczewo, in the company of Jan Brodzik, age 40, and Jan Jarkiewicz, age 40, both workers from Kroczewo, and has presented us a male child born today at 1 a.m., the child of his and his wife's Ewa nee Sikorska, age 37. The child has been baptized by us, the priest Stanisław Iżewski, and was given the name of Anthony. The godparents were the noble Jan Brożek(?), and Zofia Wronka. This act has been read out loud, and because the witnesses, the godparents and the father were all illiterate, it was signed by us only.
