Happened in the village called PŁONIAWY, 10th / 23th November 1904 at 4 PM. Came/appear Antoni TOLSDORF 45 years old farmer from the village PODOŚ in a presence of Mateusz Solak 50 years old and Józef Kowalczyk 40 years old, both farmers from the village Podoś, and present the female child and declared that she was born today (23.11.1904) at 3 PM from his wife Marianna nee ZAWADZKA 35 years old. During babptism the given name GENOWEFA was given to the child. The godfather was Stanisław SOLAK and godmother was Leokadia KOWALCZYK. The document was signed by the Priest only, as others were illiterates.

For that part of Poland which you are interested all Polish records before 1810 were mostly in Latin, sometimes in Polish. Starting 1810 until 1867, all records are in Polish. Than, from 1868 till 1915-17 for the Kingdom of Poland, being a part of Russian Empire, all records are in Russian. From 1918 all records are again in Polish.

Came/appear Józef GUTOWSKI 50 years old farmer from the village ZDROJKI in a presence of Michał GUTOWSKI 40 years old and Antoni ŁUKASZEWSKI 40 years old, both farmers from the village ZDROJKI, and present the male child and declared that he was born 12/24.07.1885 at 5 PM in village Zdrojki from his wife Agnieszka nee GRUDOWSKA 33 years old. During baptisms, celebrated by the Priest Józef Ossowski, the given name FRANCISZEK was given to the child. The godfather was Michał GUTOWSKI, mentioned above, and godmother was Ewa SZCZEPAŃSKA. The document was signed by the Priest only, as others were illiterates.
