It happened in PRZASNYSZ on April 9th / 21st 1895 at 2 PM. Came Ludwika JĘDRASIK 30 years old live with husband in the village Annopol in a presence of witnesses Walenty BOJARSKI 57 years old and Feliks KRZEMIŃSKI 28 years old, both servants of the church from Przasnysz, and present the female child and declared that she was born in the village ZAWADKI on February 2nd/14th 1895 at 6 AM from Józefa TOLSDORF nee SZKODA 28 years old, wife of Tomasz TOLSDORF 32 years old orchard keeper from the village ZAWADKI, who did not act personally being sick. During baptism the given name HELENA was given to the child. The godfather was Franciszek JĘDRASIK and godmother was his wife Ludwika (mentioned above). The document was signed by the Priest only, as others were illiterates.
