It happened in the town PRZASNYSZ on January 27th/ February 8th 1896 at 11 AM. Came Leon BARTOLD 33 years old and Józef GOZDZIK 22 years old, both servants in the District Hospital in Przasnysz, and communicated that yesterday (February 7th 1896) at 5 AM passed away Tomasz TOLSDORF 32 years old, son of Gotlib TOLSDORF and his wife, whose name is unknown for witnesses. After seeing Tomasz dead body, the document was read to the declarants, and then has been signed by the Priest only, as others were illiterates.
