It happened in the village KRASNE on January 6th/ 19th 1913 at 3 PM. Hereby we declare that in the presence of witnesses Stanisław WOLIŃSKI 31 years old and Antoni BYSTREK 35 years old, both servants from the village AUGUSTÓW, today a marriage was concluded between
Władysław MAŃKUS 18 years and 4 months old, single, born in the village KRASNE, son of Ewa MAŃKUS unmarried servant, lives in the village Augustów with his mother
and
Helena TOLZDORF servant in the village Augustów 22 years and 11 months old, virgin, born in the village OBRĘBIEC in parish WĘGRA, daughter of Tomasz TOLZDORF who already passed away and his wife Józefa nee SZKODA, orchard keepers.
This wedding was preceded by three announcements announced in the church in KRASNE, on: December 23rd/ January 5th, December 30th/ January 12th, January 6th/ January 19th this year. The bridegroom received oral permission from his mother to get married. The newlyweds stated that they had not concluded the prenuptial agreement. The marriage ceremony has been celebrated by parish priest of Krasne. The document was signed by the Priest only, as newlyweds and witnesses were unable to read or write.
