This one is in Polish actually. Forgive my grammar errors, the syntax is quite funny even in Polish.
It happened in Małogoszcz on 17th Sep 1843 at 3pm. Tomasz Wierzbicki, age 55, farmer living in village Leśnica, came together with Wojciech Szczepański age 50 and Kazimierz Hayduk age 30, both farmers living in Lesnica, and showed us a female child born today at 4am in house nr 23 from his wife Katarzyna nee Grabińska, age 34. The baby was babtized today with name Tekla, and her godparents were Mateusz Łabęcki and Katarzyna Wierzbicka. This record was read to the father and witnesses and signed by us as they can't write.
