It happened in Grodzisko on the 5th of July 1840 at 1 pm. There appeared before us Franciszek Barański, a gardener, age 33, domiciled in Parski, in the presence of Walenty Pijanowski, a miller, age 40 and Stanisław Rezuł, a village provost, age 50, both of them domiciled in Parski, and he showed us a male child, born yesterday at 10pm, by his wife, Wiktoria, nee Roleńska, age 31. This child was baptised today with the name Teofil and his godparents were Anatoliusz Zagubski (?), a tenant from Kik and Józefa Pijanowska from Parski. This baptismal certificate has been read to the declarant and the witnesses as they are illiterate.
