Andrzej Wiśniewski aged 40, farm worker from Sierakowy, presented with witnesses Teofil Dąbrowski aged 50 and Andrzej Zaliwczak aged 40, both farm workers from Sierakowy, and presented a baby girl born in Sierakowy on 29.04/ 11.05 of this year at 10 am from his wife Marianna born Daroszewska, aged 30.
On christening performed today the girl was named Franciszka and her godparents were Walentin Gancak and Marianna Lewandowska.

Signed by priest, the witnesses do not write.
