It happened in Krasnosielc on 21 October/2 November 1873, at 2 p.m.
Appeared Franciszek Iliski, servant living in Sielc folwark, 30 years old in the presence of Adam Olszewski, 50 years old and Franciszek Więckowski, 55 years old, servants living in Sielc folwark and presented a male child born in Sielc folwark on 16/28 October of the current year at noon with his legal wife Katarzyna nee Kubacz, 40 years old.
At the Holy Baptism held today by the priest Franciszek Rochmiński, Krasnosielc parish vicar, the child was given the name Jan and the godparents were: mentioned above Adam Olszewski and his wife Katarzyna.
This act was read aloud to the declarant and witnesses, all illiterate and signed by Us.
