Hi everyone

If I have the province Kujawsko-Pomorskie and parish Radzyn Chelminski of an ancestor, how do I go about obtaining certificates,both birth and marriage?

you can:
- try to find both certificates on this website genealodzy.pl
-visit an office Urzad Stanu Cywilnego in that town
-visit a parish office or offices, if Radzyń Chełmiński has more than one parishes.

I am after my ggfather's birth certificate- (or even scans would certainly be good)-Piotr Sznarski b 04/06/1837 Parish Radzyn Chelminski Prov Kujawsko-pomorski
and his parents marriage certificate- Jakub Sznarski and Anna Krupicka 06/05/1837 same parish as above

sounds like - A microfilm made of manuscripts in Berlin-Dahlem, Katholisches Kirchenbuchamt München and the parish archives in Radzyń.
I know that you expect that the act of marriage of Jakub Sznarski ,Anna Krupicka give you another ancestors (their parents).
But look at acts 1833

Jakub was born 1807 (probably) - first act, son of Romuald and Strzeszewska

The service is not very easy to navigate but has English and German version.
It has both indexes and scans
